Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients through field visits, calls, presentations, and meetings. Schedule calls with potential clients and effectively represent our business.
Successfully pitch our value proposition and secure qualified meetings/demos.
Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Build strong relationships while consistently meeting sales targets.
Develop creative sales ideas and local outreach strategies.
Maintain and expand our client database.
Share weekly performance updates and insights with the team.
Experience and Skills Required
3 years – 5 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Marketing
Graduate or above
Language Fluency: Must be highly proficient in English and Marathi. The ability to speak Hindi is a significant advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable using basic tech tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email etc.)
Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented
Open to field work and client meetings

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
