We have operated since 2015 and treat every build as a long-term relationship, not a delivery-and-disappear transaction. Beyond launch we offer ongoing maintenance and support, and everything we build is documented and handed over so your project is never dependent on any single person staying reachable forever.

You own everything. On completion and settlement, all source code, data, domains, and third-party accounts are yours and are handed over in full. We do not lock you into proprietary platforms you cannot leave, and if you ever choose to work with someone else, you can take the entire project with you.

Our proposals separate the one-time build price from recurring third-party running costs (things like domain, hosting, email, and payment gateways) so nothing is buried. Scope, and what is not included, is stated clearly up front, and changes outside that scope are agreed with you before any work or cost is added. For India projects GST is shown separately; for overseas projects taxes are handled per your region.

Payments are tied to delivery milestones, not paid all upfront. A build-only project is typically split across the build stages so each payment lands as work is delivered, and build-plus-maintenance engagements keep the ongoing partnership fee separate and starting only after your product is first deployed. You always know what you are paying for and when.

The founders, Shruti Vijayavargiya and Abhishek Singh Kushwah, stay involved in the work rather than handing you off after the sales call.
