By 2018 IGTC wanted to eliminate scattered Excel sheets and disconnected processes.

In 2016 IGTC approached Autuskey to rebuild its outdated website. The initial requirement was a modern web presence and a structured online admission system.Over time the engagement evolved into a full scale digital transformation initiative. Their data was fragmented and accessible only within the office.Instead of adopting generic LMS tools they chose a fully customised system aligned with their German Dual Education model. Autuskey studied their complete workflow including academics training, corporate evaluations, placements accounts and stakeholder coordination.Within six months the first version of the centralised web application was launched. Since then the platform has been continuously enhanced for over seven years.

The entire Autuskey team was a delight to work with. They went into every possible detail to understand our processes and requirements. With this understanding within 6 months, they developed a tool that was completely user-friendly. Little did we realize that we had come just in time to face the onslaught of the pandemic when everything migrated to an online platform. The Challenge

IGTC operated through multiple Excel sheets and manual coordination. Data was scattered across departments. Access outside office premises was not possible. They did not want ready made platforms like Blackboard because those systems were overloaded with irrelevant features and did not align with their unique academic corporate hybrid structure.
