Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and maintain a social media calendar for consistent content posting.
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media channels.
Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly content, incorporating keyword optimization, anchor tags, and website interlinking.
Oversee the creation of visual content with designers to ensure brand consistency.
Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into social media content.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including guest posting and backlinking.
Monitor and analyze social media and SEO performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive community and encouraging user-generated content.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, manage budgets, and track performance.
Lead and coordinate a team of content writers, designers, and lead generators.
Manage and optimize business listings on online directories and platforms.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, adapting strategies and content accordingly.
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
Develop and implement crisis management plans for social media, responding professionally to negative comments or reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

Experience and Skills Required

1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Proficient in developing and implementing social media strategies, including creating and maintaining a social media calendar and planning content.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and producing SEO-friendly content.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and coordinate a team, engage with the audience, and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates
