Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Create and maintain a social media calendar for consistent content posting.
    • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media channels.
    • Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly content, incorporating keyword optimization, anchor tags, and website interlinking.
    • Oversee the creation of visual content with designers to ensure brand consistency.
    • Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into social media content.
    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including guest posting and backlinking.
    • Monitor and analyze social media and SEO performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive community and encouraging user-generated content.
    • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, manage budgets, and track performance.
    • Lead and coordinate a team of content writers, designers, and lead generators.
    • Manage and optimize business listings on online directories and platforms.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, adapting strategies and content accordingly.
    • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
    • Develop and implement crisis management plans for social media, responding professionally to negative comments or reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
Experience and Skills Required
    • 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Immediate joiners are preferred. 
    • Proficient in developing and implementing social media strategies, including creating and maintaining a social media calendar and planning content.
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and producing SEO-friendly content.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and coordinate a team, engage with the audience, and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates
