Telesales Executive

We’re looking for a sharp, confident communicator who loves talking to people, handling objections like a pro, and turning cold calls into warm business opportunities. If you have the gift of gab and closing a deal over the phone gets you excited, you’ll fit right in with the Autuskey team.

Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach: Initiate outbound calls daily to potential business clients to pitch Autuskey’s IT, software, and digital marketing services.
Lead Qualification: Connect with prospects, understand their business requirements, and pitch the right solutions.
Appointment Scheduling: Follow up on leads diligently and successfully schedule online meetings/demos for our senior business development team.
Relationship Building: Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive relationship with prospects over the phone.
Data Management: Maintain and update an accurate daily tracker of call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
Reporting: Share weekly performance updates, call connectivity insights, and pipeline reports with the team.

Experience and Skills Required

Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome!)
Education: Graduate or above (Final year students with great communication can also apply).
Languages: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Fluency in Marathi and English is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic tech tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, email, etc.).
Presence: Comfortable working in a professional, target-driven office environment.
