The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, leave management, and general HR tasks. They should foster a positive work environment and support the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Handle hiring calls and schedule interviews with candidates.
Assist in creating job advertisements and posting them on various platforms.
Manage the HR portal, maintaining accurate employee information.
Process monthly salaries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.

Experience and Skills Required

1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
