HR Manager

Remote Full Time

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, leave management, and general HR tasks. They should foster a positive work environment and support the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
    • Handle hiring calls and schedule interviews with candidates.
    • Assist in creating job advertisements and posting them on various platforms.
    • Manage the HR portal, maintaining accurate employee information.
    • Process monthly salaries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
    • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
    • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Experience and Skills Required
    • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Immediate joiners are preferred.
